I am Dr. Sapna Zarwal, a dedicated psychologist and certified relationship coach with over 20 years of professional experience in supporting emotional and mental well-being. My journey in the mental health field has been shaped by a unique blend of science and compassion. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy to address the complexities of human emotions and relationships.
With a Ph.D. and MSc in Psychology, along with certifications in Relationship Coaching and Art Therapy, my counseling approach is deeply client-centered, professional, and grounded in ethical integrity. I support individuals, couples, and families through a range of life transitions, emotional struggles, and psychological patterns—with care, strategy, and respect.
