SHRUTI CHANDHOK
Introduction
As a Counseling Psychologist and Mentor, I, Shruti Chandhok, bring not only academic excellence but also a heartfelt commitment to helping individuals thrive emotionally and mentally. A proud alumna of Kamala Nehru College and Delhi University, my journey into psychology has been driven by a deep-rooted belief in the power of self-awareness, healing, and human connection. My therapeutic approach blends the structure of REBT and CBT with the warmth of empathetic, client-centered care.
With hands-on experience in guiding school children through emotional and behavioral challenges, I’ve witnessed firsthand how a safe, affirming space can unlock a child’s confidence and potential. In my time as a senior secondary educator in Psychology and Humanities, I’ve not only imparted knowledge but nurtured hope and resilience in young minds.
My counseling practice is centered on helping individuals navigate self-acceptance issues, overthinking, interpersonal conflicts, and emotional overwhelm. Each session is guided by compassion, confidentiality, and a dedication to evidence-based methods. I believe that healing is not just about solving problems — it’s about rediscovering inner strength, creating clarity, and building emotional harmony.
Certified in French (A2) from Alliance Française de Delhi, I also integrate multilingual communication to support clients from diverse backgrounds. I am devoted to cultivating non-judgmental, inclusive spaces where clients can find the courage to grow, heal, and become the best version of themselves.
“Mental well-being is not a luxury — it's a foundation. You deserve to be heard, supported, and empowered. Let’s walk this journey together.”Educational Qualification
