Introduction

My name is Asha Guptaa, and my journey as a counselor, therapist, and healer began with my own transformation. Life, for me, was never easy. I have walked through deep challenges and carried the weight of painful childhood experiences that left lasting scars. But those very wounds became the doorway to my awakening.
A few years ago, my life took a critical turn—a moment that pushed me to look within and begin my own healing journey. During this time, I explored countless spiritual and non-spiritual techniques, therapies, and tools to heal my mind and heart. Through this process, I not only healed myself but also discovered my true calling—to help others heal, transform, and reclaim their inner peace.
Today, I dedicate my life to guiding others through their emotional and spiritual healing journeys. I have had the privilege of transforming many lives, and the positive shifts I witness in my clients continue to inspire me every single day.

1. Counselling Therapy: Counselling is the foundation of my healing work. I use different counselling techniques based on each client’s needs, guiding them through self-reflection and shadow work to uncover root causes and promote emotional awareness. Personalized tasks and insights help clients heal from within and move toward clarity and balance.

2. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming): NLP helps reprogram the subconscious mind by replacing negative patterns with empowering ones. It’s highly effective in healing past trauma, childhood pain, relationship issues, and emotional or physical distress, bringing lasting peace and mental strength.

3. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique): Also known as tapping therapy, EFT releases emotional pain, stress, and anxiety by balancing the body’s energy flow. It helps with depression, fear, overthinking, and other emotional struggles, promoting calmness, clarity, and inner balance.

4. Advanced Ho’oponopono: A sacred Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and gratitude, Ho’oponopono heals the inner child, clears emotional blockages, and restores harmony in relationships. It helps clients reconnect with their higher self and experience deep emotional freedom.

5. Inner Child Healing Therapy: This therapy focuses on healing unhealed childhood memories and emotional pain. Through visualization and guided dialogue, I help clients reconnect with their younger self, release deep-seated wounds, and restore self-love and confidence.

6. Music, Sound & Frequency Therapy: Sound therapy uses healing vibrations and frequencies to harmonize the mind and body. It is especially effective for stress relief, insomnia, and emotional imbalance, bringing deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

7. Meditation Mastery: As a Meditation Master, I create customized meditations for stress, trauma, or spiritual growth. My guided techniques combine mindfulness, breathwork, and energy awareness, helping clients achieve inner stillness and emotional healing.
